Product Overview

The SU8200 series unified communication gateway (IPPBX) is a small-to-medium-capacity core voice gateway in the Star-net unified communication solution. It is compatible with Star-net IP terminals and unified communication applications, providing users with professional unified communication solutions.

The SU8200 adopts a compact design (1U) and supports up to 512 users per unit (expandable through stacking). It can connect to operator networks or private voice exchange equipment through digital trunk gateways (TG), analog trunks (IAD), and SIP trunks. It supports a hybrid connection of analog phones and IP phones. It comes with 32 fusion communication user licenses by default and can be flexibly configured with IPT components or application services according to customer needs, making it easy to expand and maintain. It also supports multiple management and provisioning methods for quick deployment and management.

Supports complete basic voice services, video calling services, one-number services, auto attendant services, custom ringback tones, and other extended functions to meet diverse user scenarios.

Strong compatibility and flexible networking:

Supports SIP, MGCP, H.248, and other protocols, and can interface with major IMS/NGN platforms. By adding expansion servers, it can provide applications such as recording, conferencing, and call centers. By adding expansion modules, it can provide E1/FXO/FXS interfaces. It supports the integrated networking of traditional voice terminals and IP audio/video terminals.

Multiple modes for effective control:

Features multi-level call permission settings, allowing for call time limits, work time period settings, and intelligent routing based on number selection for different outbound lines.

Easy deployment and simple maintenance:

Can be connected to a unified network management system to improve maintenance efficiency. Can be connected to a service provisioning system for quick deployment.
