Product Overview

The SVC9000 Series Converged Communication Server is a high-capacity audio-video exchange device in the Star-net Unified Communication Solution. It is designed for large-scale government and enterprise users with up to 30,000 users and provides professional unified communication solutions.

With a pure IP architecture design, it supports virtualized deployment and integrates analog phones, fax machines, IP phones, multimedia phones, and UC clients to form a converged network. It can also connect to mainstream IMS/NGN networks or traditional voice exchange devices through digital or analog trunks as well as IP trunks.

Designed with a high-performance general instruction set architecture, it can flexibly configure IPT components or application services based on customer needs, making it easy to scale and maintain. It also supports multiple management and provisioning methods for quick deployment and management.

High integration and rich functionality:

Supports complete basic voice services; video call services; and extended features such as one-number access, auto attendant, custom ringtones, etc., to meet various user scenarios.

Strong compatibility and flexible networking: 

Supports SIP, MGCP, H.248, and other protocols, and can interface with IMS/NGN systems. Through expansion servers, it can provide applications such as recording, conferencing, and call centers. Through expansion modules, it can provide interfaces such as E1/FXO/FXS. It supports the convergence of traditional voice terminals and IP audio-video terminals.

Multiple modes for effective management and control:

Provides multi-level call permission settings, enabling features like time-limited calls and working hour settings. Supports intelligent routing to select different outbound routes based on the number dialed.

Easy deployment and simple maintenance:

Can be integrated with unified network management systems to improve maintenance efficiency. Can be integrated with service provisioning systems for quick deployment.
